“Criminal Minds” star Shemar Moore was popped last week on suspicion of driving under the influence. Forbes is reporting that the actor was pulled over for speeding on Santa Monica Blvd. in Los Angeles at around 1:30 a.m. last Friday.

According to the police report, “Mr. Moore displayed signs of alcohol impairment.”

Moore was taken to the West Los Angeles police station for a breath test and booked at 3:08 a.m. on suspicion of DUI. Bail was set at US$5,000.

Uh-uh, another actor arrested for DUI. When will these kids learn? Anyway, they must be thinking that whatever they do against the law, someone out there will save their asses for them. Well, Paris didn’t get away but still she is receiving pampering inside the jailhouse. Whatever that pampering means.
