Jordin Sparks - American Idol Season 6 Champ
Seventeen-year old Jordin Sparks is the youngest person to win the American Idol title. She officially has joined the family of AI champs namely Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Studdard, Fantasia Barrino, Carrie Underwood, and Taylor Hicks.
She beat out beatboxer Blake Lewis as there were 74 million votes cast during the finale. Blake was obviously at a disadvantage since Jordin’s rendition of This Is My Now sounded so much better mainly because the song is suited for Jordin’s style.
Nevertheless, Jordin deserves the title and she is on to her next big journey to stardom.
